Description
Avoid using contentDescription property on editable views such as EditTexts or TextViews. This attribute can disrupt a screen reader’s ability to describe, navigate, and interact with user-entered text within these elements.
How to fix
- Andriod : Screen readers are designed to automatically read the text entered in editable elements.
contentDescriptionproperty can interfere with Screen Reader’s ability to describe user-entered text.
