Switch element should have both name & value available to Screen Readers. This ensures Switch controls are fully accessible, allowing their label & state (on/off) to be accurately communicated to users relying on Screen Readers.
How to fix
- Provide label for CheckBox control using properties such as
hint
or associate it with another element usinglabelFor
. This ensures so that both the name of the switch and its value (on/off status) are effectively conveyed by screen readers.
