Integrate your JIRA Cloud setup with BrowserStack Quality Dashboard and build metrics on projects and issues from JIRA.

You can import JIRA Cloud data by either entering API tokens or directly authenticating your JIRA account.

Setting up Quality Metrics Dashboard

The Quality Metrics Dashboard provides insights into your defects distribution. Use the Defects Tracking tab in Settings to configure different distribution fields like Environment, Different detection phases as per your JIRA setup. Once configured, visit the Quality Metrics tab to visualize critical quality metrics based on your defects and incidents information on JIRA.

Setting up Velocity Metrics Dashboard

The Velocity Metrics Dashboard provides insights into your delivery metrics using Cycle Time. Use the Project Management tab in Settings to configure different software development phases followed in your company and how JIRA workflow states map to those individual phases. Once configured, visit the Velocity Metrics tab to visualize Cycle Time.
