Integrate TestRail
Integrate your TestRail setup with BrowserStack Quality Dashboard and build metrics on projects and test cases from TestRail.
You can import TestRail data by entering API tokens and establishing a connection.
- The prerequisite is to enable TestRail API in Administration section on Testrail under Administration > Site Settings > API. The detailed documentation about this can be found here.
Provide TestRail details and test connection
- Enter your TestRail Email Address.
- Enter your TestRail Host Name or web address. For example:
https://abcd.testrail.io - Enter your TestRail API Key
- You can find TestRail API Key in the
mysettingssection of your TestRail web address, such ashttps://<testrail-host-name->/index.php?/mysettings
- You can find TestRail API Key in the
- Click Connect to save and establish the connection.
Setting up Coverage Metrics Dashboard
The Coverage Metrics Dashboard provides insights into test coverage metrics like Automation coverage, Historical trends and how test cases are distributed based on Priority and testing type.
Use the Test Coverage tab in Settings to configure different distribution fields like Priority as per your TestRail setup.
