Why is my IP Blocked?

BrowserStack flags any IP which generates excessive registrations, to prevent spam or malicious activity. When your IP is blacklisted, you will receive a verification email on your registered email address. Clicking on the verification link will reactivate your account immediately. If you do not receive a verification email, please check your spam folder.

However, if repeated abuse is seen from the same IP, it is blocked, preventing any further actions. If you believe your IP has been blocked in error, please get in touch with our support team for further clarification and resolution with your public IP, as displayed here: http://www.whatismyip.com/
