I have synced HockeyApp account but I am unable to download and test apps on App Live. How can I fix it?

You may get error while downloading the app in following cases:
  1. App you are trying to download is not yet released for testing on HockeyApp. Contact the Developer or Owner for your HockeyApp account to fix the issue.
  2. API token used to sync does not have the required permissions.
