Download and share dashboards

Learn to share dashboards with your colleagues and download them to your system.

You can share custom dashboards with your colleagues and also download them to your system as PDF files.

How to download custom dashboards

Follow these steps to download a custom dashboard:

1. Select Dashboards from the menu and click the dashboard you want to download.

2. Click the download button in the top-right corner.
   

   A message pops up informing that the report is being generated.
   

3. Your requested report will be automatically downloaded as a PDF.

How to share custom dashboards with your team

You can share only public dashboards. Follow these steps to share a custom dashboard:

1. Select Dashboards from the menu and click the dashboard you want to share.

2. Click Share in the top-right corner.
   

3. Enter the user’s name and select the user from the Share with drop-down. Click Share. The recipient receives an email invite to view the page.
   

   In case you want to share a dashboard with someone who doesn’t have a Test Observability account, you can enter their email address and click Share.

   

   Alternatively, you can click Copy Link to copy the link to your clipboard. You can share the link via email or messaging apps like Slack or MS Teams.
