BrowserStack Services may include one or more Third Party AI Tools for certain AI powered products, capabilities or functionalities on the BrowserStack platform (“AI Features”). Use of such AI Features are subject to the following terms and the same form an integral part of the BrowserStacks’ Terms of Service or in case you have a signed Agreement with Browserstack, then such agreement (“ToS”). Terms used here, but not defined shall have the same meaning as defined in the ToS. In the event of conflict between the ToS and these AI Terms, the AI Terms shall take precedence.
The customer using the AI Features (“Customer”) understands that the AI Features is not mandatory and that BrowserStack Services may be used without enabling the AI Features. Customer may, at any time, choose to opt-out by changing the Account Settings.
BY ACCESSING OR USING THE AI FEATURE CUSTOMER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IT HAS READ AND UNDERSTOOD THESE AI TERMS AND AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THEM. IF YOU ARE ACTING ON BEHALF OF ANY BUSINEsSS ENTITY, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE THE REQUISITE AUTHORITY, POWER AND RIGHT TO FULLY BIND THAT ENTITY. IF CUSTOMER DOES NOT AGREE TO THESE AI TERMS, IT MAY NOT USE THE AI FEATURE. CUSTOMER HEREBY AGREES THAT THESE AI TERMS ARE ENFORCEABLE LIKE ANY WRITTEN AGREEMENT SIGNED BY IT.
BrowserStack currently uses artificial intelligence technology developed by third parties, including the ones listed below. Customer acknowledges and agrees that by using the AI Features, all the terms and policies associated with the Third Party AI Tools also govern its use of the AI Features.

WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMERS: THE AI FEATURES ARE ENABLED BY THIRD PARTY AI TOOLS, BROWSERSTACK DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF ANY OUTPUT GENERATED BY THE AI FEATURES. CUSTOMER IS REQUIRED TO ASSESS AND EVALUATE THE ACCURACY OF THE OUTPUT GENERATED AND NOT RELY ON BROWSERSTACK TO DO SO. IN ADDITION TO THE DISCLAIMER INCLUDED IN THE TOS, THE AI FEATURE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND AS “AVAILABLE” BASIS. BROWSERSTACK MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE AI FEATURES, OR THE INFORMATION, TEXT, AND CONTENT INCLUDED IN THE OUTPUT, OR THE USE OF THE INPUT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ACCURACY OF THE RESULTS, AVAILABILITY, SUITABILITY, RELIABILITY, OR CONTENT OF ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THEAI FEATURES. BROWSERSTACK WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY ARISING IN ANY WAY FROM CUSTOMER’S USE OF THE CONTENT OR ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS CONTAINED IN THE CONTENT.
