Offline mode on remote iOS devices

Offline mode in devices refers to the state of the device being disconnected from the internet. Live enables you to test your websites/webapps/progressive web apps (PWAs) in offline mode on remote BrowserStack iOS devices. With the offline mode enabled on remote devices, you can test different use cases for your websites/apps in no-network conditions.

Supported devices

Live supports offline mode in devices running iOS 13 and higher.

Enable Offline Mode on remote devices

  1. Log in to the Live dashboard.
  2. On the Live dashboard, select the device-browser combination to start your test session.
  3. On the Live toolbar, click Throttle Network.
  4. On the Throttle Network prompt, select Offline.
You see a message that the network condition changes are applied and the device is offline.
