Service Accounts

Manage service accounts on BrowserStack using REST API

Introduction

Service account is an access-key token. Your systems can use service accounts to make authorized API calls. For example, your Jenkins CI/CD pipeline can be run on BrowserStack using the service account. Service accounts do not have passwords, and cannot log in via browsers or cookies. Learn more.

You can manage service accounts from the Account console:

manage-service-accounts

In case you do not want to manage service accounts from the above UI, you can make use of REST API endpoints to manage service accounts on BrowserStack. You can create a new service account, delete or update existing service accounts using these APIs.

Please note that service accounts can only be created by user with owner or admin privileges. View endpoints
