Troubleshoot common quick import failures
When performing a quick import from a supported tool, you might encounter issues related to connection, data conflicts, or permissions. This guide helps you identify and resolve the most common import failures, so you can get your data into Test Management successfully.
Import failure
If you modify the folder structure in TestRail/Zephyr Scale/Zephyr Squad while you perform quick import from TestRail/Zephyr Scale/Zephyr Squad to Test Management, the import process may fail.
Do not change/modify the folder structure in TestRail/Zephyr Scale/Zephyr Squad while you import in Test Management.
IP not whitelisted
If you are using a VPN or firewall, our import service must access your server.
Solution: You must whitelist BrowserStack’s IP addresses to permit inbound API access to your server. Contact our support team to get the most current list of IP addresses.
