Manage Screen Reader Reports

Learn how to manage and view Screen Reader Reports generated during App Accessibility testing.

When you run App Accessibility tests after enabling Screen Reader Report generation in BrowserStack, the platform generates detailed reports that provide insights into how your app’s user interface is interpreted and navigated by native screen readers. You can use these reports to review spoken output, focus order, reading sequence, and accessibility metadata, helping you identify and remediate potential barriers for users who rely on screen readers or other assistive technologies.

Manage Screen Reader Reports

To manage your Screen Reader Reports:

  1. Open the App Accessibility Testing dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the Screen Reader Automation page.
  3. Click on the report you want to view. You can also use the search and filter options to find specific reports based on criteria such as project name, date of creation, build name, user, and test health status.
The report provides an overview of the accessibility issues detected during the test run, along with an accessibility health summary.
  4. Click on Screen Reader issues to view specific issues. The page displays a viewport of the captured screen along with a detailed list of issues detected.
  5. Click on an issue from the list to view more details.
