Share and Download Test Observability reports

Learn how to download reports and share information on Test Observability with your team for improved collaboration.

Which reports can you download?

You can download the following reports in Test Observability:

• Build Insights
• Testing Trends
• Test Listing (coming soon)

How to download reports?

To download a report on Test Observability:

1. Navigate to Build Insights or Testing Trends.

2. Click the download button in the top-right corner.
   

   A message pops up informing that the report is being generated.
   

3. Your requested report will be automatically downloaded as a PDF.

Which reports can you share?

You can share the following reports in Test Observability:

• Build Insights
• Tests Health
• Unique Errors
• Testing Trends

How to share reports with your team?

To share a report on Test Observability:

1. Navigate to Build Insights, Tests Health, Unique Errors, or Testing Trends.
2. Click Share in the top-right corner.
   

3. Enter the user’s name and select the user from the Share with drop-down. Click Share. The recipient receives an email invite to view the page.
   

   In case you want to share a report with someone who doesn’t have a Test Observability account, you can enter their email address and click Share.

   

   Alternatively, you can click Copy Link to copy the link to your clipboard. You can share the link via email or messaging apps like Slack or MS Teams.
