Hover state not captured in screenshots

Understand why hover states are not captured in Percy Web screenshots.

When you use Percy on a local web browser, hovering over an element highlights the text as expected. However, Percy does not capture the highlighted (hover) state in the screenshot.

This occurs because Percy Web does not support capturing hover states. Any visual changes triggered by hover interactions, such as text highlighting, color changes, or tooltips do not appear in the screenshots.
