Test React native apps using Detox Android framework on BrowserStack

Detox Android is an open-source test automation framework to test React native apps. BrowserStack App Automate supports Detox Android testing on a wide range of Android devices. If you are new to Detox Android testing, we recommend checking our Getting started guide.

Our Detox Android API enables you to integrate and run your Detox Android tests on BrowserStack. Detox Android API follows the general conventions of REST. The API reference is organised into the following sections:

Apps

Upload application under test to BrowserStack.

App client

Upload an app client under test to BrowserStack.

Sessions

Get access to detailed test results and debugging information.

If we make backward-incompatible changes to our APIs, we release a new version for Detox Android API. The current version of Detox Android API is v2.
