Manage Local binary instances for Espresso tests
Use APIs to manage Local binary instances for Espresso testing. Test your apps on a real device cloud on BrowserStack App Automate.
The Local Testing REST API allows you to monitor and control the Local binary instances running on your machine without using the command line. This is useful on CI nodes, where a stale connection from an earlier build can block the next one.
Instances appear in the API response only if you started them with the --enable-logging-for-api flag. For details, refer to the Set up multiple Local Testing connections documentation.
Check the status of Local binary instances
Check the status of all Local binary instances that are currently running:
Disconnect a Local Testing connection
Disconnect an active Local Testing connection by passing the instance ID:
