Run Espresso tests behind proxy settings

Set up Local Testing for Espresso apps behind a proxy, including basic authentication, MITM proxy, and PAC file configurations.

If you have correctly set up Local Testing but are still unable to test apps that retrieve data from servers on your local machine or CI-CD machines/nodes or private network configurations, then you are probably behind a proxy.

Currently, we only support Local Testing through the following proxies:

For Local Testing to work correctly, bypass traffic for bs-local.com in your proxy server.
Local Testing cannot be enabled if allowDeviceMockServer is set to true.
