Use self-signed certificates to test your iOS apps using Flutter integration tests

Use self-signed certificates with your iOS app during Flutter integration test executions on BrowserStack App Automate.

If you are using a self-signed certificate to test your app, you may get invalid certificate errors during the execution of the tests. To avoid these errors, pass the acceptInsecureCerts parameter in the REST API request and start the Flutter test execution.

This feature is available on iOS devices only.

Parameter Description Values
acceptInsecureCerts Set this parameter to true to avoid invalid certificate errors while using self-signed certificate to test your app true/false. Default: false

Example cURL request:

Terminal
Copy icon Copy

Once you start the Flutter test execution, you can access the test execution results on the App Automate dashboard.
