Manage test runs

You can validate user stories and verify bug fixes without switching contexts. By creating test runs directly within Azure DevOps, you can trigger execution cycles for specific work items and track their real-time progress right from your board.

Create a test run

  1. In the BrowserStack tab, click the Create Test Run button or select it from the menu.
  2. Configure the run details in the modal:
    • Test Run Name: Review the default timestamped name and rename it for clarity if needed.
    • Select test cases: Choose the specific linked test cases you wish to execute in this run.
    • Assignee: Select the team member responsible for executing these tests.
  3. Click Create to launch the run.

The test run is now active and listed in the Work Item. You can immediately begin execution or monitor the progress of your team as they run the tests.
