Learn how to use the test selection agent, powered by BrowserStack AI, to automatically build targeted test runs from your Jira stories.

Use the test selection agent when you start from a Jira story and want Test Management to build the appropriate Test Run for it. When you trigger the generation in the Jira App, the agent reads the context of the Jira issue, compares it with your existing test runs and repository, and then selects the most relevant test cases. It creates new test runs that remain linked to the Jira story for traceability. You still have control over the outcome, as you can review and edit the generated test runs after their creation.
