What type of payment methods do you have?
Currently we accept payment using credit card for all plan types. At this time we only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept a Purchase Order. Under special circumstances we do accept yearly plan payments via Wire Transfer.
What does per user pricing means for multi-user plans?
If you have let's say 4 users in your team who will be using BrowserStack for cross browser testing, then you need a 'Small Team Plan'. If there are 8 users in your team then you need to buy a 'Team Plan'. This goes irrespective of users using BrowserStack at different times or all at once.
How does paid multi-user plan works?
After you buy a multi-user plan, from dashboard you can go to Manage People page. Here you can send invites to your teammates to join your group at BrowserStack and that's it!
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
Unless you sign up for one of our annual plans, all Browserstack plans are month to month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again. Annual plans are year to year subscription which are billed once a year after giving 10% discount.
When I click on 'Choose Plan' or 'Buy Plan', why am I taken to 2Checkout?
2Checkout is our payment partner that manages our payments and invoicing for our paid plans. It's very similar to Paypal but a lot safer and better! Using 2Checkout we focus more on making Browserstack a better tool for cross browser testing.
