• Please note that the devise used by BrowserStack–AppPerformance shall be your own devise. By accepting these terms and conditions you agree to provide BrowserStack the right to access, use modify and transmit data from your devise for the limited purpose of using this offering (“Test Environment”).

• For optimal usage of BrowserStack AppPerformance offering, below are the minimum recommended specifications for the Test Environment :
• Mac OSX: OS X Catalina (10.15.7+) Windows: Windows 10 and later are supported

Data Retention

We will retain your personal information as well Usage Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes of providing our BrowserStack–AppPerformance services and for a reasonable period after the services have ended thereafter or for duration of entire shelf-life of BrowserStack–AppPerformance, whichever is greater. This includes retaining and using your information for performance test sessions and report generation. We may also retain your information to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies.

Data Deletion

If you no longer wish for your personal information to be stored by us, you have the right to request that we delete your information. We will comply with your request in a timely manner, provided that we are not required to retain your information for legal or other legitimate business purposes. Please note that deletion of your data may impact our ability to provide BrowserStack–AppPerformance product to you.

BrowserStack–AppPerformance is provided to you for Trial purpose only. BrowserStack has the right to terminate your use of BrowserStack-AppPerformance at any time for any reason. Features provided under this usage may or may not be a part of our final offering. BROWSERSTACK WILL HAVE NO WARRANTY, INDEMNITY, DATA ARCHIVING, SERVICE LEVEL, OR SUPPORT OBLIGATIONS WITH RESPECT TO BROWSERSTACK-APPPERFORMANCE OR THE TEST ENVIRONMENT.

Consent

By choosing to use BrowserStack–AppPerformance , you are deemed to have consented to the Data Import and Data Retention and Legal Disclaimer terms mentioned above that will supersede the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy to the extent of any conflict amongst them.
