Manage Email notifications

Quality Engineering Insights (QEI) helps you stay informed about your engineering health through several types of automated emails. You can configure notifications for critical metric changes, goal progress, and dashboard reports.

This guide explains each email type and shows you how to manage your preferences.

Notification types

• Create custom Alerts, threshold-based alerts for any quality metric (like Defect Leakage or Cycle Time etc) to get notified immediately of significant changes.
• Goal progress updates keep you informed about the progress of team or organizational goals. Notifications are tied to the goals you create or own.
• Dashboard Subscriptions schedule recurring emails of any dashboard to send a PDF snapshot to yourself and other stakeholders on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• System & Transactional Emails receive important system-level notifications, such as data sync failures, or one-time emails you initiate, like a PDF dashboard download.
