Resolve access issues for a specific user
If a single team member cannot access the app in Jira while others can, the issue is typically related to their user settings within BrowserStack.
A BrowserStack administrator should verify the following:

Correct Email Address:
- Navigate to Settings > User Management in the BrowserStack web app.
- Ensure the user is part of the correct team and that their registered email address in BrowserStack is identical to the one they use for Jira.

Product Access:
- Verify that the user has been granted access to the BrowserStack Test Management product in their user profile.
