Additional Terms for Test Management

Data import

By importing Data from a third-party platform or uploading a file, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer of Data including personal information contained in the imported data which will be subject to and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will take all necessary measures to ensure the security of your Data during transfer and processing. We will use your imported Data solely for the purpose of providing the Services and will not share your Data with any third parties without your consent.

Data retention

We will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes of providing our Test Management services and for a reasonable period of time after the services have ended thereafter or for duration of entire shelf-life of Test Management, whichever is greater. This includes retaining and using your information for test management, project tracking, and report generation. We may also retain your information to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies.

Data deletion

If you no longer wish for your personal information to be stored by us, you have the right to request that we delete your information. We will comply with your request in a timely manner, provided that we are not required to retain your information for legal or other legitimate business purposes. Please note that deletion of your data may impact our ability to provide Test Management product to you.

Legal disclaimer

Test Management product (“Test Management”) may use data imported from any third-party services or products (“Data”). BrowserStack disclaims any liability for the content or accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such Data of any third-party resource or for any loss or damage of any sort resulting from the use of, or for any failure of, Data provided at or from a third party resource on Test Management. BrowserStack will not be liable for any damages or losses or any third party claims whatsoever resulting from your import and use of such Data on Test Management.

Any credentials provided to us will be treated confidentially and securely. All Data import may be subject to third party limitations, and we are not responsible for any disruptions or errors or incomplete Data import resulting from such limitations. When you use a third party resource for Data import, you will be subject to its terms and licenses and no longer be protected by our privacy policy or security practices. You should familiarize yourself with any license or use terms of, and the privacy policy and security practices of, the third party resource, which will govern your use of that resource. Test Management features or functionalities that depend on third-party services or products may be subject to such limitations or disruptions. You will solely be liable for all claims or liabilities arising from your import of Data and any subsequent use from any third party resource. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrowserStack shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such third party resource. BrowserStack disclaims all liabilities or claims arising thereof. In the event of a conflict between this Documentation – Test Management and any other terms and conditions agreed between the parties, these terms shall supersede.

Consent

By choosing to use Test Management, you are deemed to have consented to these Additional Terms including the Terms listed in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy pages. In case of a conflict between these Additional terms and the terms mentioned in the Terms of Service, and/or Privacy Policy pages, these Additional Terms shall prevail.
