Use the health check option to troubleshoot issues in BrowserStack Low Code Automation. If you experience problems, run a health check to verify that your system can access the required URLs and that your network configuration is correct. The health check tests core services and displays their status, helping you identify connectivity or compatibility issues in your environment.
To run a health check on Low Code Automation:
- Click Help in the top menu bar.
- Select Run Health check from the dropdown.
- In the Application Health Check dialog, click Start to begin the check.
- Wait for the results. The health check tests key services such as Low Code Server, Low Code Web, Percy Service for visual screenshots, Application Update Service, File Storage Service and more. In case you encounter any issues, please refer to the related FAQs for resolving or reach out to support.
The results indicate whether each service is healthy, degraded, or has errors. Use these details to identify and resolve connectivity or compatibility issues before you run your tests. If you encounter a problem, contact our support team.
