Share and download reports
Share a Test Management for Jira report with a private or public link, or download it as a CSV or PDF file.
After you create a report, you can share it with your team or download it for offline use. Both actions start from the open report.
Share a report
Open the report and click Share. The share options open on two tabs, Share link and Share via email.
Copy a share link
- On the Share link tab, choose the access level:
- Private link: only users from your organization can access the report.
- Public link: anyone on the internet with the link can access the report.

Click Copy link, then send the link to your team.
Anyone with the link can view this report.
Send the report by email
- Click the Share via email tab.
- In Recipients, search for a user, then select the people who receive the report.

Click Share.
Download a report
You can download any report as a CSV or PDF file:
- Open the desired report.
- Click the download icon.
CSV reports contain complete data (up to 20,000 rows), including custom test case fields, test case tags, test case issues, and custom results fields.
