Wait for Base Build is a setting that can be turned on for a project to allow a build to wait to run until its ideal base build is finished rather than running with an older base build.
You can toggle this feature ON via your Project settings (under Advanced Options). If this is enabled while creating a new build, and if the optimal base build is not yet finished, we wait for it rather than find a different base build.
