About the event

David Burns, Manish Saini and Puja Jagani were recently discussing the rising trend of vibe coding, which quickly led them into a broader conversation about the “vibe anything” trend. There are so many resources online today explaining how to vibe code, and worse, how to vibe test and why it’s the next big thing. In tech, trends tend to go viral thanks to social media, but the looming question remains: Should you join the bandwagon or not? This AMA is about stepping back and looking at the realities of the “vibe anything” trend – whether it’s coding, testing, or anything else that needs thoughtful delivery. The Developer Advocacy team at BrowserStack will discuss their own experiences with vibe coding using different AI tools, where it helped and where it didn’t. We’ll share thoughts on how to tread lightly if you are experimenting with vibe coding, and why vibe testing might not be the best idea. We will shed light on the good developer practices that are worth adding to your daily workflow.
