    As a Lead Product Designer, you will be responsible for the holistic product user experience. You will lead the product’s design vision alongside product and engineering counterparts. Maintain, foster and improve a highly-collaborative design process to work with business, product, technology, growth, sales and marketing teams across international locations.     Job  Responsibilities:

     

    • Lead design reviews with company leadership and provide expertise on how design can drive business results.
    • Be data driven by using both qualitative and quantitative user research to inform our product direction and our personas.
    • Work with the design team to create rational, articulable, elegant solutions to complex problems.
    • Build storyboards, user flows, wireframes, low and high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas at the appropriate level of detail.
    • Create and implement a phased design process that is scalable.
    • Build and maintain effective specifications, style guide and design patterns.
    • Define BrowserStack’s design system that can easily be grasped by all team members.

     

    Requirements:

     

    • Minimum 5, preferred 8 years of hands on experience in designing and bringing digital products and services to market (or equivalent experience).
    • A thorough understanding of UX/UI, Design Thinking and Agile methods.
    • Fluency in working with state of the art UI and prototyping tools (e.g. Sketch, Figma, Principle, Invision, Adobe CS, html/css).
    • A general understanding of how Design impacts Development (and vice versa), along with a knack for constructing dynamic, interactive designs that are technically feasible/prudent.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation and people management skills.
