Advanced settings
Fine-tune your load tests with advanced configuration options for response capture, logging, tagging, and domain filtering.
Advanced settings allow you to capture detailed diagnostic information, organize and filter your tests, and customize how BrowserStack records and reports your load test results.
Configure what you capture
When running load tests, you can enable detailed response capture and logging to help diagnose performance issues and validate your application behavior under load:
- Capture response details records request and response data, including headers, status codes, and response bodies, to help debug failures and inspect successful responses.
- Store execution logs saves detailed execution logs and artifacts from your test runs for post-test analysis and troubleshooting.
Organize your tests
Structure and identify your tests with metadata that makes it easier to find, filter, and analyze results across test runs:
- Add tags to categorize runs by environment, scenario, team, or any other dimension that’s meaningful to your workflow.
Filter and exclude
Control which parts of your application are included in test metrics and reports:
- Exclude domains from load test reports to leave third-party domains, CDNs, or non-critical services out of your results and focus metrics on your core application.
