What is the pre-requisite for testing on BrowserStack Live and App Live?

  1. Make sure all traffic to "*.browserstack.com" is whitelisted on port 80 & 443 in your network.
  2. Ensure that you are connected to network & have minimum bandwidth of 4 Mbps (Check your network speed here).
  3. If you are still unable to test, then Contact Support.
