BrowserStack Announces Second ESOP Buyback worth $50 million 

ESOP buyback to reward employees for their contributions to the growth and success of BrowserStack

DUBLIN — Sept 28, 2021 — BrowserStackthe leading software testing platformtoday announced the implementation of an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) buyback worth $50 million (INR 365 crores). Aimed at rewarding and recognizing employees’ hard work and helping them in their wealth creation journey, this is BrowserStack’s second buyback and its largest to date. The buyback witnessed the participation of over 100 employees.
