Customer’s use of Services provided by BrowserStack is subject to the BrowserStack Terms of Service available at https://www.browserstack.com/terms, or such other written master services agreement entered into by and between Customer and BrowserStack (the “Agreement”), as well as the following additional Service Specific Terms (the “Service-Specific Terms”) to the extent they apply to the use of such Services. All capitalized terms used herein but not defined shall have the meaning set forth in the Agreement
BY ACCESSING OR USING ANY ADDITIONAL SERVICES CUSTOMER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IT HAS READ AND UNDERSTOOD THESE SERVICE-SPECIFIC TERMS AND AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THEM. IF YOU ARE ACTING ON BEHALF OF ANY BUSINESS ENTITY, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE THE REQUISITE AUTHORITY, POWER AND RIGHT TO FULLY BIND THAT ENTITY. IF CUSTOMER DOES NOT AGREE TO THESE AI TERMS, IT MAY NOT USE ANY ADDITIONAL SERVICES. CUSTOMER HEREBY AGREES THAT THESE SERVICE-SPECIFIC TERMS ARE ENFORCEABLE LIKE ANY WRITTEN AGREEMENT SIGNED BY IT.
These Service-Specific Terms specify additional terms related to Customer’s use of each of such Services accessed and used by Customer via an Order Form or otherwise. In the event of a conflict between the Agreement and these Service-Specific Terms, these Service-Specific Terms shall control.
