BrowserStack Referral Program Terms & Conditions
The BrowserStack Referral Program (“The Program”) allows certain Groups to earn promotional access to our product App-Live by referring friends to become new users on BrowserStack.
To participate, Users & Groups must agree to these terms, which become part of the BrowserStack Terms of Service. All users are also subject to BrowserStack’s Privacy Policy at all times.
Eligibility: Only BrowserStack groups receiving an email from BrowserStack about the Referral Program are eligible to participate in the referral program.
Qualified Referral: A Qualified Referral is defined as a referred user, who signups on BrowserStack from their invitation email and runs a test on BrowserStack Live. A user signing up without using the invitation email will not be a qualified referral.
Invitation Method: You can refer friends by accessing the Referral Dashboard in your BrowserStack Account. Invitations/referrals sent via any other channel will not qualify for referral reward. A particular BrowserStack group can refer upto 5 Email IDs, & email IDs once added cannot be modified or deleted.
Referred Customer: The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address).
Inviter Rewards: For each user referred by you who completes a test on BrowserStack Live within the Program Validity, you will get 100 free minutes added to your account. The referral reward is capped at 500 minutes for a participating group.
Invitee Rewards: A user signing up via the Invitation Email will get free 100 minutes of BrowserStack Live, valid for 7 days. The reward is valid only if signup happens via Invitation Email & not via other sources.
Program Validity: The Referral Program is valid until 24 July 2019. Users cannot add referrals beyond the Program Expiry. Signup invitation to Invited Users will expire on 24 July 2018, which means the invited user will not be able to signup via the Invitation Email beyond 24 July 2019.
Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms: BrowserStack reserves the right to cancel the Referral Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time. All decisions made by BrowserStack with regards to Referral Program will be final & binding.
