How do I cancel my paid plan?

You can cancel your paid plan at any time by filling out this form. We do not offer refunds of the remaining billing period. If you have additional account-related questions, you can contact support using our website chat or by emailing support@percy.io.

How do I pause my paid plan?

We currently are not able to pause your Percy paid plan. If you’d like to decrease how much you’re using Percy for a while, you can always downgrade to a smaller plan and then upgrade later from your Billing settings, or cancel your paid plan by reaching out to support@percy.io. You can easily upgrade back to a Percy paid plan from your Billing settings page at any time.
