You must be the Owner of your account to make these changes.
If you purchased your subscription directly through the website, you can cancel it from the bottom of the Account Overview page. You can resume your subscription later with the same plan.
If your subscription was purchased through our Sales team, please contact your account representative or reach out to Support to request cancellation.
