Downgrading is available only to on-prem users. We do not recommend downgrading as it may cause data incompatibility. However, if a critical bug blocks your workflow:
1. Uninstall the current version via Manage apps.
2. Download the specific previous version from the Versions tab on the Atlassian Marketplace.
3. Manually install that version using the Upload app feature.
Warning: Always back up your Jira data before uninstalling apps or downgrading versions, as app-specific data (such as saved configurations) might be lost during uninstallation.
