To troubleshoot issues or verify compatibility, you may need to find the specific version string (e.g., 1.2.0).

For Jira Cloud:

    1. Navigate to the top navigation bar and select Apps > Manage your apps.

    2. Locate BrowserStack for Jira in the list of installed apps.

    3. Click the arrow next to the app name to expand the details.

    The Version number is displayed in the app information panel.

For Jira Data Center:

    1. Select the Administration icon (cog wheel) in the top right corner.

    2. Select Manage apps from the dropdown menu.

    3. Locate BrowserStack for Jira in the User-installed apps list.

    4. Click the app name to expand its details.
