If you are a Jira Administrator and do not see an option to update, one of the following is true:
* You are already on the latest version: The system detects no newer builds on the Marketplace.
* Maintenance expiration (Data Centre only): Your app license maintenance may have expired. Specific versions of apps are often tied to valid maintenance windows. Check your license status in the Manage apps panel.
* Incompatible Jira Version: The latest version of the app may require a newer version of Jira than you currently have installed. Check the Compatibility tab on the Marketplace listing.
