This can happen due to how Website Scanner processes sitemap files:
For XML uploads:
- Website Scanner removes duplicate URLs while fetching the sitemap. Make sure to check the number of unique URLs in your XML.
- URLs with different query parameters are currently treated as the same URL. If you want to scan URLs with query parameters as separate entries, contact BrowserStack Support to raise a request.
For CSV uploads:
- Duplicate URLs are also removed, so validate the number of unique URLs in your file.
- Check the format of your CSV before uploading to avoid processing errors.
