I have the Netskope client installed on my system and the Chrome browser hangs/freezes for me everytime I try to start a session with Live, why is that?

This is due to a known bug with UDP filtering in Netskope client version < 95. We would request you to update your Netskope client to the latest version to resolve this issue. 

For further enhancing Live session performance you may also get BrowserStack IPs whitelisted by the Netskope support team. Contact BrowserStack support for a list of IPs that may be whitelisted for your account.
