How can I downgrade my BrowserStack subscription?

To downgrade your plan, please reach out to the support team.


For accounts set for auto-renewal, please note the following points:

  • As per our refund policy, any pending balances or prorated amounts will not be refunded.
  • It is advisable to downgrade the plan a week before the next auto-renewal date.
  • Any changes to annually billed accounts can only be made within 30 days of the last renewal.
