Why am I getting a rate limit error while trying to access the product?

You are encountering a rate limit error.

To protect certain key pages, such as the sign-in page, pricing page, and dashboard, against spam and abusive traffic, BrowserStack limits the number of requests to five times per minute.

If you try to access these pages too many times in a short period of time, you might encounter the following rate limit error: 

    "You are being rate limited. What happened? The owner of this website (www.browserstack.com) has banned you temporarily from accessing this website."

How to resolve the rate limit error?

Follow these steps to clear your session and regain access to BrowserStack:

    1. Log out of your BrowserStack account from all active browser tabs and windows.

    2. Wait for 45 minutes.

    3. Open the incognito mode mode in Google Chrome.

    4. Navigate to the BrowserStack sign-in page and log in to your account.
