Where can I find logs for a failed run?

You can view the logs for every test run in the Logs tab of the Load Testing dashboard.

To view logs:

* Open your test run and select the Logs tab.

* Select a VU session from the left panel to view its execution logs.

* Filter sessions by load zone or time range.

*Click View Raw Logs or Download to export logs for offline analysis.

*For hybrid tests, toggle between API Logs and Browser Logs to view each portion of the test separately.

To capture logs for all VUs:

* By default, Load Testing stores logs only for failed VUs to optimize storage.

* Toggle the Capture all logs option to “ON” before running the test, or configure it in browserstack-load.yml.

To capture output files (protocol tests):

* Set captureArtifacts: `true` in `browserstack-load.yml`.

* Captured files include framework-native results (such as k6 summary.json, JMeter kpi.jtl, Gatling simulation directory, and Locust stats CSVs) and any custom files your script writes.

If you're still unable to find your logs, contact BrowserStack Support for assistance.
