How can I test CAPTCHA in Load Testing?

CAPTCHAs are designed to block automated traffic, so load tests can't solve them. Bypass the CAPTCHA in your test environment using one of these approaches:

* Disable in test environment: Turn off CAPTCHA via a feature flag or config on staging or performance environments.

* Use provider test keys: Use test keys from your CAPTCHA provider (such as Google reCAPTCHA) that always pass validation.

* Allowlist load traffic: Skip CAPTCHA for requests from BrowserStack load generator IPs or requests with a custom header.

* Test around it: Start the user flow after the CAPTCHA step using a pre-authenticated session.

Note: Enable these bypasses only in non-production environments, and review the approach with your security team.

If you're still unable to test your CAPTCHA flow, contact BrowserStack Support for assistance.
