Yes. You can load test staging and internal environments by allowlisting BrowserStack load generator IPs.
To test private websites and APIs:
* Allowlist the BrowserStack load generator IP addresses in your firewall, security group, or proxy settings.
* Each load zone uses a fixed set of outbound IPs. Allowlist the IPs for every load zone you select for your test.
* If you plan to change the selected load zones at some point, ensure you update your firewall rules to match.

To test localhost applications:
* Deploy the application to an environment reachable from the allowlisted IPs, such as a staging server.
