If you do not see the network logs or visual logs on the BrowserStack Dashboard after running an automation test, try these steps:
- Try viewing the session on the BrowserStack Dashboard on a browser other than your current browser. For example, if you are trying to view the Dashboard on Chrome, try viewing it on Firefox instead. This way, we can isolate the problem and check if it is specific to a browser.
- Remove any extensions/plug-ins installed on your current browser and then try accessing the Dashboard again.
- Delete cookies and clear cache of your current browser.
- Log out of your BrowserStack account and then log back in.
