    What is the tax component mentioned in my invoice? How is it calculated?

    Starting January 25th, 2021, BrowserStack shall start collecting applicable taxes as per your jurisdiction which is included as a separate component in your invoice.

    Value added tax (VAT) or Goods & Services Tax (GST) provided to BrowserStack shall be computed based on your company address. BrowserStack owners of paid subscriptions are encouraged to update your billing details to ensure the correct amount is reflected.

    Customers can also provide their VAT ID/ GST number/ Sales tax registration numbers/ exemption certificate to determine taxability/ tax exemptions as per local tax regulations.
